It's Gunna's Birthday!
Gunna hit the scene when he was featured alongside Travis Scott and Gucci Mane on Young Thug's "Floyd Mayweather".
Gunna made his debut mixtape Drip Season through YSL Records and featured Young Thug, Lil Duke, and Nechie. He followed that with Drip Season 2 and featured Thug, Playboi Carti, and Offset. The track "YSL", was featured in "Grand Theft Auto".
In 2018, he released Drip Season 3 which featured Hoodrich Pablo Juan, Lil Durk, Nav, Metro Boomin, and Lil Yachty, and the deluxe edition featured Lil Uzi Vert, Young Jordan, Young Thug, and Lil Baby. Gunna dropped the single "Sold Out Dates!" featuring Lil Baby, and would appear alongside Nav on Travis Scott's "Yosemite".
Gunna and Lil Baby released "Drip Too Hard", and would be the lead single of their mixtape Drip Harder, which featured Lil Durk, Nav, Young Thug, and Drake and peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the Billboard 200.
In 2019, Gunna released "One Call", which was certified platinum off his debut album, Drip or Drown 2. which charted at number three on the Charts. While featuring on Young Thug's single "Hot" he hit number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100.
In 2020, he released "Skybox", the lead single of his second album, Wunna which featured Young Thug, Nechie, Lil Baby, Roddy Ricch, and Travis Scott and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, becoming his first number one album.
This year Gunna released his third album, DS4Ever, which is the fourth and final installment in his Drip Season series, and features guest appearances from Future, Young Thug, 21 Savage, Drake, Kodak Black, Chlöe, Lil Baby, G Herbo, Nechie, Chris Brown, Yung Bleu, and Roddy Ricch.
