Snoop Dogg Explains Why Eminem Doesn't Do Much Anymore

Snoop Dogg explained why you don’t hear much from Eminem anymore - and gave his thoughts on why other rappers think they can get away with dissing him. At this point in his career, Eminem needs no introduction. He was catapulted to fame following the release of his debut album Infinite in 1996 and he has also tried his hand at acting - making his Hollywood debut in the 2002 flick ‘8 Mile’, which was loosely based on his own life. Eminem has said that he prefers rapping to acting, but he hasn’t exactly been pumping out new music in recent years. During an interview on the Full Send podcast last year, Eminem’s long-time friend and collaborator Snoop Dogg was asked why it wasn’t that Eminem doesn’t ‘do s**t’ anymore. Snoop said: “He do what he have to do, but I think when you’ve been the biggest rapper in the world for so many years, it’s like what more can you do? You know? I think it’s… he’s finding his moments now, finding when he wants to come and when he wants to drop and pop because, you know, his fan ain’t going nowhere.”
