About six weeks ago, Scarface shared a photo to social media of himself post open heart surgery, and now the rapper is updating fans on his health and how he's doing — and he's doing great!
Scarface shared a photo to his Instagram of himself at the 2025 Grandmaster Awards in Las Vegas, all smiles as he is buttoning his tuxedo jacket while walking to the stage. In the caption, he shared, "6wks ago I underwent open heart surgery, to be upright and smiling today shows you that God ain't nothing to play with." He added, "And again I say, I’m grateful, it could've went either way, yet I'm still alive..."
At the end of August, the rapper had shared that he had surgery by sharing a scary photo of his bandages post-op from the hospital, while hooked up to several different wires and a breathing tube. He simply captioned the picture, "Ouch… 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Grateful."
Meanwhile, Scarface had a great night at the Grandmaster Awards, and shared a photo of himself with a few other hip hop icons. He wrote along with the image, "Me, Mo Dee, Roxanne and Cool V.. imagine growing up listening to them as a kid to being in the same room with them as friends, you can’t tell me s*** about a dream.."
