Cardi B is done with plastic surgery.
After her recent post-surgery complications, the "Press" rapper took to Instagram to let the world know she's never getting plastic surgery again! "I been working out for the past 2 weeks cause b*tch I ain’t getting surgery again😂😂😂," she wrote on Twitter Wednesday (June 12). Adding that she hasn't "got a headache ever since" she decided to hit the gym.
As fans know, Cardi was forced to take some time off, and even had to cancel shows, in recent weeks to properly recover from her recent liposuction and breast augmentation surgeries. Late last month, the "Clout" rapper took to Instagram Live to discuss one of her show cancellations after haters accused her of faking it. "The stitches on the inside of my breasts slowly gotta heal," she explained. "On top of that, my doctor was like, 'Yo, you can't be doing all of these shows because you're not fully healed and I keep telling you this. If something happens to you, you're going to try and blame me, [but] I told you, you need to take some time off.' So, it's like I gotta take some time off so I can completely heal and completely be good."
Cardi finally took some time off to recover from her surgeries after she spent weeks on the road despite her doctor's orders. "I just really wanted to apologize to my fans," the 26-year-old rapper said during her Instagram Live. "I just wanted to say I'm sorry guys, but I gotta get better. The way that my body be swelling up when I catch planes and sh*t it's so scary that I be freaking out."
"I hate canceling shows because I'm a money addict and I get paid a lot of money, a lot of money for these shows," she continued. "I'm canceling millions of dollars in shows. But like health is wealth so I have to do what I have to do."
On Saturday (June 8) the 26-year-old rapper even shared a photo of her swollen feet to show fans just how bad the side effects of her surgery have been. "Look how swollen my feet get every time I take flights my stomach gets even more puffy," she captioned the shocking photo. "Reasons why my doctor told me to chill on shows cause my feet and stomach burn when I get puffed up NOT due to ticket sales.Stop fakin s*it f**k outta here."
